Evaluating Data from A Work Engagement Intervention among Nigerian History Lecturers

History lecturers who approach their work positively are more likely to be engaged in than those do not. Nigerian history have not been examined terms of how psychological interventions can improve engagement. The present research the dataset an online rational emotive behavior therapy (online REBT) on engagement among at higher education institutions. sample consisted 31 lecturers, 16 whom were randomly assigned REBT group and 15 a waiting-list control group. A repeated measures ANOVA was conducted level 0.05 probability using IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences software. Comparing two groups, shows that intervention exhibited significantly scores waiting list (p=.000). one-month follow up reveal participated continued feel compared Thus, significant improvement associated with intervention. Future studies larger size needed.
